What's your favorite thing about wrestling?
The competition of a match and that feeling of getting your hand raised.
What's the worst?
Weight management, especially when it comes close to a weigh-in.
Why did you pick Cornell?
It's been my dream since I was 8 years old to go to school at Cornell and wrestle for the Big Red. It's the best institution for academics and wrestling, plus it's only an hour from home.
Where'd you go to high school?
Chenango Valley High School in Binghamton, New York.
What do you miss the most about home?
Home cooked meals, my mom can make such a wide variety of good food, and my teammates from high school because they were like brothers to me (partially because one of them is my brother).
What's one thing you're excited about going into your freshman season?
The opportunity to be on such an outstanding caliber team that will push me to my full potential.
What's your favorite thing about wrestling?
My favorite thing about wrestling is learning so many new things and always adapting to the sport that changes so often!
What's the worst?
The worst part about wrestling is balancing time between school, friends, and wrestling.
Why did you pick Cornell?
I picked Cornell because it has the best combination of academics and a good wrestling program. I also loved it for the close-knit brotherhood among the teammates.
Where'd you go to highschool?
Wadsworth High School, Wadsworth, Ohio
What do you miss the most about home?
I miss my family, friends, dog, and high school wrestling team.
What's one thing you're excited about going into your freshman season?
I am very excited to compete and be apart of the team during the journey of the season and the trip to Nationals.
