The Road to the NCAAs: Coaches Rankings, RPI and Qualifier Allocations Announced

On Thursday, the NCAA released the allocation of qualifiers, by conference and weight, for the upcoming NCAA tournament.  In addition, updated Coaches Panel and RPI rankings were announced for each weight class.

The EIWA conference earned 47 slots for the NCAA championships.  Cornell, Columbia, Binghamton, Hofstra and Army all compete in the EIWA.  Buffalo is part of the MAC conference, which has 41 total spots.
